·  Where do you deliver?

​We proudly serve the Greater Milwaukee Area, delivering fall porch pumpkin displays to homes and businesses throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Our delivery area includes Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, Waukesha counties.

·  When do you start taking orders for the season?

Orders will open in mid-July. Please note—we accept a limited number of orders each season, so we recommend marking your calendars to secure your spot.

·  Can I order additional items like mums?

Yes! Mums are a great porch filler and brings some color to your porch. These can be added on at the time of purchase. A porch package must be purchased to order mums.

·  Where do your pumpkins and decor come from?

We proudly source our pumpkins and fall decor from local farmers in Washington and Ozaukee County. Every pumpkin we deliver is hand-selected for quality, freshness, and appearance to ensure your fall porch display looks its absolute best. Supporting local growers is important to us.

·  Can I customize my package?

While our packages are pre-designed, we are happy to discuss a display that fits your vision. Contact us at cori@ozaukeepumpkindeliveryco.com with your specific requests, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

·  When will deliveries be made?

Deliveries will begin September 12th and continue throughout the rest of the month. You’ll receive notification before your scheduled delivery. We will do our best to deliver on your preferred week, but it is not guaranteed. Please be sure to let us know if you have a MUST RECEIVE by date.

·  Can I have my pumpkin display set up on my back porch only?

Yes, we are happy to decorate your backporch instead. You maybe having an event out back or just spend more of your time on your back porch. Please select backporch set-up on checkout for an additional $75.  

· Do I need to be home for the delivery?

No, you don’t need to be home. We’ll deliver and design your package. Feel free to leave other fall décor on the porch for us to include in your design.

·  How do I care for my pumpkins?

We are delivering patch to porch pumpkins. They will have irregularities in shape, size, and color. That is what makes them fun! We do our best to provide the highest quality but cannot guarantee the life of your pumpkins. We are unable to replace rotting pumpkins.

To extend the life of your pumpkins:

o Check your patch often and eliminate rotting produce. This will help keep the remaining pumpkins intact.

o Keep them out of direct sunlight.

o Spray them with a pumpkin preservative or a mixture of bleach and water to prevent mold.

o Keep water from settling on your pumpkins.

·  What should I expect for removal/pick-up?

If you selected end of season disposal/pick-up, they will be removed before or after Thanksgiving. You do not need to be home for pick-up. Only uncarved pumpkins and hay will be removed. We request you dispose of your carved pumpkins.

·  What's your Return/Refund Policy?

At Ozaukee Pumpkin Delivery Company, each order is custom-prepared with care to create a beautiful and timely seasonal display. Due to the seasonal nature of our products and the effort involved in preparing each delivery, all sales are final.

 

No Refunds or Returns

Once an order is placed, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

 

This includes:

  • Changes of mind after purchase

  • Unused items

  • Schedule conflicts or address changes

  • Weather-related delays outside of our control

If you would like to transfer your package to another person or address, email cori@ozaukeepumpkindeliveryco.com.

Order Issues

If you believe there was an issue with your delivery (such as missing or damaged items), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and address the situation as best we can. We appreciate your understanding and support as a seasonal small business.
